Social Rights

Social rights are human rights with all their characteristics we enjoy them for the simple fact. that we are human beings unlike the category of so-called traditional rights. which are the civil and Political ones social rights are included in the package of economic social and cultural rights, moral legal or social rules that contain the understanding of what is necessary to meet the social needs of people and to promote inclusiveness and solidarity in society these rides are related to the way people live work with each other and meet the basic needs of life. even though human rights should be treated the same way globally. there is a huge debate on these two packages of Rights. 

Social rights as Superior to others what's the point of having the right to express for someone who is dying of hunger or a homeless person that cannot register to vote others do not qualify. social rights in the full sense of the word rights as  their realization depends on the economic potential of a country a bit more clear for you unlike the first category of  civil and political rights states can decide to implement these progressively taking into account differences and resources between countries, 

In short you cannot complain to the state that your right to employment has been violated since you are 20 years old and Unemployed unfortunately the minimum essence of social rights that must be fulfilled by the state is defined in the European social Charter the European social Charter is supposed to facilitate the economic and social progress of the member states of the Council of Europe at the international level. 

Social rights are dealt within the international pack of economic social and cultural rights while at the European level they are dealt within the European social Charter and the revised one as instruments of the Council of Europe what is worth remembering is that, social rights matter. because they are about people themselves and issues that in one way or another affect us all such as decent employment safe homes and vibrant communities know your social right and protected and Social Justice is a fair and equal treatment for everyone. 

This includes equal access to Opportunities human rights and the benefits of growth regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability or socioeconomic position an agenda for social justice aims to eliminate discrimination and inequalities it promotes the Dignity of all people in the world of work that means decent jobs Fair wages labor rights dialogue as well as equality and Social protection for all with social justice lasting peace and shared Prosperity are possible.

Well-being and are necessary for individuals to live with dignity in society. They include, but are not limited to, the right to education, the right to health care, the right to housing, the right to social security, and the right to a safe and healthy environment.

One aspect of social rights is the right to participate fully in social, cultural, and political life without discrimination. This includes the right to freedom of expression, the right to association and assembly, and the right to access information.

Therefore, being able to participate in social life without discrimination is definitely part of social rights.
